Our Cause:
Children's Wish Foundation of Canada

Over the past 10 years, students from the Event Management Program at Algonquin College have put on fundraising events in partnership with the Children's Wish Foundation of Canada to grant the wishes of children in the National Capital Region living with life-threatening and life-altering illnesses.
Proceeds from The Underground Club event on Saturday, July 8 will be donated to the Children's Wish Foundation's National Capital Region chapter to help grant the wishes of children living in our area. Our team's goal is to raise $2,000 through this event. Visit our silent auction tables and other fun activities during the event to raise money for this cause!
The Children's Wish Foundation of Canada was established in 1984 and is a national non-profit organization. Each year thousands of Canadian children between the age of 3 and 17 are diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses and the Children's Wish Foundation is dedicated to granting an exceptional wish to every child. No qualifying child is turned away.
Since its establishment, the Children's Wish Foundation has granted more than twenty thousand wishes, fulfilling about 1,000 wishes annually - nearly 3 wishes every day! Each wish is carefully structured to meet the needs of that particular child. The Foundation has never refused a wish to an eligible child.
